“AudienceRipple” — is this Ripple / XRP, a crypto or blockchain project, an audience-data broker, a follower-growth service, or a “.pro” software plan?
No to every one of those. “Ripple” is a plain description of how marketing actually works when it works: you place a message with one small, precisely defined audience, you read what happens, and reach spreads outward in rings you can measure. It has nothing to do with Ripple Labs, XRP, cryptocurrency, tokens, coins, wallets, exchanges, blockchain, web3, trading or investment — we offer no financial products or advice of any kind. “Audience” means the people our clients are trying to reach: we define audiences from your own analytics and CRM, customer interviews, published research and the targeting tools each ad platform provides. We do not buy, sell, scrape, rent or broker personal-data lists, and we do not buy followers, likes or engagement. “Pro” and the .pro domain describe the professional standard we hold the work to — there is no subscription tier, no software login and no certification badge behind it; you hire a team on a scope of work or a monthly retainer. We are a performance marketing agency at Tanjong Pagar Distripark: audience research and segmentation, message testing, paid media, ad creative, landing pages and CRO, conversion tracking, SEO and content, email / CRM and reporting. We do NOT guarantee rankings, traffic, reach, leads, sales or ROAS, and we do not sell a course. What results you get depends on your budget, offer, product, market and competition — see our disclaimer on every page.
How does a first discovery call and audience review work?
You submit the contact form or email [email protected] with who you are trying to reach and what you have already placed. We reply within one business day and, if there is a fit, schedule a thirty-to-forty-five minute discovery call — by video or at our Keppel Road studio by appointment. On the call we ask who the message is for before we argue about creative, what your analytics and CRM can show, and what a honest first ring would look like. An audience review is a scoped piece of work: we audit your current targeting, messaging, landing pages and conversion tracking, then deliver a written read with recommendations — not a guarantee of outcomes. If you proceed, the review feeds into a proposal and signed scope of work.
What do typical SGD budgets look like, and how is work scoped?
Agency fees depend on scope — an audience and account audit might start from the low thousands of Singapore dollars; a message-testing sprint, landing page build or monthly performance retainer is priced on brief. We quote in SGD with line items for deliverables, hours and platform work, framed as estimates until a scope is signed. Media spend is separate and paid directly to Google, Meta, LinkedIn or other platforms — we do not mark up auction costs. We tell you plainly when a budget is too small to learn anything useful in your market. Every proposal states what we will deliver, what we will not guarantee, and how reporting will work. See Services for discipline-level detail.
Do you work on project fees or a monthly retainer — and how is media spend handled?
Both. Fixed projects suit one-off audits, landing page builds, message-testing sprints or a defined launch window. Monthly retainers suit ongoing paid media management, reporting and iterative testing. Media spend always sits in your ad accounts, billed by the platforms on their schedules — our fees cover strategy, setup, optimisation, creative direction and reporting, not the auction itself. We do not hold client media budgets in our own accounts unless explicitly agreed in writing for a specific workflow, and we document account access in the scope of work.
Is there a minimum media budget — and why?
There is no universal floor, but below a sensible minimum you are often buying impressions without enough frequency or conversion volume to read anything. For many Singapore B2C search campaigns, a few thousand Singapore dollars per month in media is a practical starting point to test one narrow audience; B2B LinkedIn or multi-market work may need more. We say no when the budget cannot support a defined test — widening a campaign that never had a first ring is how reach dies quietly. Your strategist will name a minimum during scoping based on channel, audience size and what you need to learn.
Why do you start with a narrow audience — and what does that cost in the first weeks?
Because a population is not an audience. Targeting “everyone in Singapore aged 25–54” tells you nothing about which message worked for whom. We define the smallest segment that can prove or disprove the hypothesis — often smaller than clients expect — and place the message there first. The cost in the first weeks is patience: lower reach, sometimes higher cost per enquiry, and discipline not to widen before the second ring is read. What you buy is learning you can audit, not a vanity reach number. Once a segment holds, we widen budget and targeting only where the reading supports it.
How long do projects take — and what actually affects results?
An audience review or audit typically takes two to three weeks from kick-off to written delivery. A landing page build might run three to six weeks depending on content and approvals. Paid media needs time to exit learning phases and accumulate conversion data — we usually ask for at least sixty days before major structural changes unless something is clearly broken. Results depend on your offer, pricing, product, market, competition, seasonality, auction dynamics and how quickly you approve creative and tracking changes — not on our timeline alone. We do not promise leads by a fixed date.
How do you use AI tools — and who owns strategy?
We use AI-assisted tools to speed first drafts, search-term clustering, headline variants and report summaries. A human strategist owns account structure, bid strategy, the recommendation to pause or widen, and every client-facing recommendation. AI output is edited, checked against platform policy and your brand before it ships. We do not auto-publish campaigns or hand account decisions to an unattended system. You always have a named account lead on retainer work.
Who owns the ad accounts, tracking, data and creative when an engagement ends?
You do. Ad accounts are created in your name or transferred to your ownership; we request access as an agency partner, not as the account owner. Conversion tracking, tags and analytics properties remain yours. Creative files, copy and report exports agreed in the scope are handed over at completion or on request. We do not withhold access to pressure a renewal. If we built landing pages on your domain or CMS, ownership follows what the contract states — typically full transfer to you. See Terms for the standard clauses.
How is enquiry, client and campaign data handled under the PDPA?
We collect only what we need to respond to enquiries, deliver services and meet legal obligations. Form data is used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement — not sold or rented to third parties. Campaign data stays inside your platforms and our agreed reporting tools, with access limited to staff who need it. You may access, correct or withdraw consent by contacting our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
How does reporting work — and can a client audit it?
Monthly reporting shows what happened in platform data and your analytics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per enquiry, search terms, frequency and segment performance where available. We explain what moved, what did not, and what we recommend next, including when to pause. Reports tie to live dashboards you can access; we do not ask you to trust a screenshot alone. Conversion tracking is set up so you can verify events in Tag Manager or the platform pixel debugger. We report honestly when a channel is wrong for your budget.
What do you not do?
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, reach, leads, sales, conversion rates, cost per click or ROAS. We do not buy fake followers, bot traffic, click-farm engagement or scraped personal-data lists. We do not practice black-hat SEO, cloaking, ad-account rental or data brokering. We do not sell courses, get-rich schemes or template packs marketed as guaranteed outcomes. We have no connection to cryptocurrency, tokens, blockchain, trading or investment products — and we do not widen campaigns before the first ring has been read just because the client wants more reach.
How does a project start?
Discovery call → audit or audience review → proposal and scope with fees and deliverables → signed scope of work or monthly retainer agreement → kick-off, access and tracking verification → build and launch → read and review. Work begins only after the contract is signed and any deposit invoiced per the proposal. Enquiries through the website are not engagements. To start, book an audience review and tell us who you are trying to reach.
